Sparkling wine made from Glera grapes grown in Valdobbiadene at 200-400 mt
above sea level. Glera grapes are hand-picked and vinified with soft pressing,
cold static decantation and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
The sparkling process follows the Charmat method in autoclaves where the
secondary fermenetation takes placeat controlled temperature for 50 days.


Colour Pale yellow with an elegant and
persistant perlage.
Aroma Fruity aroma of white peach, pear,
apple and acacia honey.
Flavour Well balanced, soft and savoury with
a good final persistence.
Serving temperature 6-8°C

Food pairing Perfect pairing with fish first courses
and salami.
