Sparkling wine made from white grapes, in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area.

Pressing and short cold maceration, draining and fermentation of the must at controlled temperature.

Second fermentation according to the Charmat method in autoclaves for over 30 days.

Colour Bright pale yellow with greenish tinges
Aroma A flowery note of wisteria and fruity hints of pear, Golden apple, mineral notes closing
Flavour Well balanced, fresh and savoury with a lingering finish and light flowery notes. Perfect for your aperitif.

Alcohol 11,5 % Vol
Food pairings Best served as an aperitif, with deep-fried vegetables, fish hors d’oeuvre, fried food and cold pasta.
